Back massage

Back problems is a rather common issue. Many people experience what they call a locked-up back pain. Back massage offers efficient solution to spine problems and relieves pain. Massage movements stimulate blood flow, reduce stiffness, enhance flexibility, and stimulate muscle strength. The process of treatments must be complex, therefore a back massage must be followed by shoulder and neck massages.
A unique feature of a human being is seven neck vertebrae, which support the head and allows for incredible movements. A well-functioning neck allows for smooth functioning of lumbosacral plexus, blood vessels, digestion and respiratory tract. Local neck strains, headache, limb stiffness and various functional disorders are treated by means of manual massage therapy.

Recommended indications:

  • Strained back muscles;
  • Prophylaxis and treatment of back pain;
  • Strengthening the deep muscle system;
  • Prophylaxis of spine pains;
  • Prophylaxis of spine hernia;
  • Restoration of muscle tone;

Sports massage

Sports massage

Muscles of an individual who engages in sports and active physical activity do not receive enough rest, which causes occurrence of nodules in muscle tissues – fibrositis. Fibrositis in turn can cause emotional strain when in the shoulder area. These disorders are treated by means of sports massage therapy. Also, sports massage is an excellent way to treat injured muscles. This treatment method involves active stimulation of muscle tissue, and reduction of muscle tension as the nerve and blood flow channels are released, which results in limitation of the incurred damage, reduced pain, and improved circulation.The type and duration of the sports massage depends on the sport the patient is engaged in, the sex, age and weight of the patient. The massage starts at the neck and progresses towards the back, legs, chest, arms, and stomach. Vigorous massage movements on the limb opposite to the injured one, or on the limbs below the injured limbs, does not affect the therapeutic process and reduces the pain. Passive, active and resistance-inducing movements help to recover flexibility, strength, and coordination.

Recommended indications:

  • Joint and muscle pain relief;
  • Muscle system disorders;
  • Restoration and normalisation of disturbed body functions;
  • General body fatigue;

Vacuum massage

When the human body can not process the required amount of lymph, passive lymphatic flow results in swelling-cellulite of legs, arms, face and the entire body. A solution to this problem is a complex of massages made with a new generation French vacuum apparatus STARVAC. It is the most efficient and irreplaceable means for figure correction and treatment of cellulite. How does STARVAC apparatus work? The session starts with stimulation of problematic body parts by placing four double suction cups. The cups are placed on the body in various combinations depending on the structure of each individual client and his/her needs. Vacuum that is created in the cup sucks in a part of the skin thus improving the functioning of lymphatic and blood circulation systems. Special cup shape allows performing the massage in interrupted manner. The massage not only stimulates fat burning processes but also removes toxins from tissues.
During the next stage, the apparatus is switched to the uninterrupted mode, and the therapy is continued using a roller and special deep movements which help to brake down fat material and thus enhance correction of problematic areas. Two external rollers improves the massage and helps to remove uneven subcutaneous layer - cellulite.
Vacuum massage procedure with STARVAC apparatus takes 45 min. and involves intensive vacuum anti-cellulite massage for belly, waist, front side of the thighs, buttocks, back side of the thighs, legs, back and arms.

Children's posture correction massage

Children's posture correction massage

Spine consists of 33 vertebrae that support head, chest, and large lumbar vertebrae support the abdominal cavity. Typically, the lumbar spine is subject to huge loads since the very early age, which results in lordosis - inward curvature of the lumbar spine.

During childhood, domination of the right or left hand or leg can cause spine deviation called scoliosis. Spine deviation can also occur due to genetic causes.
We all know that children spend increasingly more time at the computer with incorrect body position harming the spine. In all cases, massage and movement help to reduce spine deviation and can mitigate discomfort caused by progressive diseases, therefore we recommend posture correction massage for children and teenagers.

This massage is intended for children over 3 years of age.
